Mr Payson Cha has over 40 years of experience in property development and investment in Asia Pacific. He is also the chairman of HKR International Ltd. (HKEx listing code: 0480), Hanison Construction Holdings Ltd. (HKEx listing code: 0896). He also serves on the boards of numerous organizations worldwide including: New World Development Company Ltd. Ms Madeline Wong has over 30 years of experience in textile industry and property development. She is also a director of a number of public and private companies in Hong Kong and overseas, including HKR International Ltd. (HKEx listing code: 0480), Chinney Investments Ltd. (HKEx listing code: 0216), Hon Kwok Land Investment Company Ltd. (HKEx listing code: 0160) which are listed companies in Hong Kong. Ms Wong is currently the chairwoman of the Sang Ma Trust Fund and a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Jiangsu Province.

 
LEE Kian Soon, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer
Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, Mingly Corporation Singapore Pte Ltd.
Mr Kian Soon Lee joined the Group in March 2007 as one of the founding members of the Group's financial advisory and investment office in Singapore responsible for its overall operation and business development. He was subsequently appointed Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Mingly Corporation in September 2011 to oversee group-wide operations.

Mr Lee has a board range of experience in the investment, banking and financial markets in Asia Pacific, including banking strategy, customer segmentation, multi-channel management, branch network optimization, product design, credit risk, collections, operations and relevant technology, portfolio management and direct investment. Prior to joining Mingly, he worked for McKinsey & Company and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.
 
Alice HUNG, Executive Director and Group Finance Director
Ms Alice Hung joined Mingly in January 2008 to take charge of the Group's finance and accounting functions. She was appointed Executive Director of the Mingly Board in September 2011. Prior to joining Mingly, she was the Controller for American Express Bank in charge of all finance and accounting matters of the bank's credit card, traveling and bank businesses in Hong Kong and PRC. Ms Hung had also worked as Director-Financial Control with the SEHK and NASDAQ dually listed i-CABLE Communications Ltd. and other multinational organizations including Deloitte, Exxon Corporation, STAR TV, and the Hong Kong Government.

Ms Hung is a UK Chartered Certified Accountant, Hong Kong CPA, and associated member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
 
ZHANG Wei, Ph.D., Executive Director
Dr Zhang joined Mingly in June 2011 as Senior Executive Economist and subsequently appointed as Executive Director of the Mingly Board in September 2011. Prior to joining Mingly, Dr Zhang was Lecturer in Chinese Economy, and Director of Cambridge Research Center of Greater China's Economies at Cambridge University. In his earlier years in China, he was Director of the Mayor's Office of Tianjin Municipal Government, Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, CEO of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Corporation, Chairman of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, Chairman of Committee of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Tianjin Municipal Government and a member of the 13th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party.
 
LIU Bie Ju, Non-Executive Director
Madam Liu Bie Ju is the chairman of Liu Kuo Chun Memorial Education Fund, a visiting professor of Peking University, an honorary professor of Zhejiang University City College and Changzhou Industrial Technology College, and awarded the degree of Doctor of Social Sciences by the Hong Kong Baptist University. She is also a senior advisor of the Sang Ma Trust Fund and a director of Qiu Shi Science & Technologies Foundation as well as a number of private companies in Hong Kong and overseas.

Mr Victor Cha Mou Zing has over 30 years experience in real estate development and textile manufacturing. He is currently Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of HKR International Limited (HKEx listing code: 0480), and joint managing director of HKR Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd responsible for the overall and day-to-day management of the HKRI Group. Mr Cha also serves on the board of directors of a number of public and private organizations, including as an independent non-executive director of SOHO China Limited (HKEx listing code: 0410), an alternate independent non-executive director of New World Development Company Limited (HKEx listing code: 0017), and a director of United Nigerian Textiles PLC which is listed on The Nigerian Stock Exchange. Dr Chat Yu Lam has over 30 years of experience in Silicon Valley and Asia specializing in asset management and technology investment. He has been investing for the Cha Group's two Hong Kong companies, Mingly Corporation and the HKR International Ltd. since 1994. Some of the important investments and corporate financing activities include investments in China International Capital Corporation Ltd. and China Mobile (Hong Kong) Ltd., issuance of HKR International Ltd. special bond dividend, restructuring and privatization of Mingly Corporation, and listing of Hanison Construction Holdings Ltd. in Hong Kong. Dr Lam also serves on the boards of Hanison Construction Holdings Ltd. (HKEx listing code: 0896), and a number of private companies.
 
Sir David AKERS-JONES, JP, Independent Non-Executive Director
Sir David Akers-Jones has a long and distinguished career in the Hong Kong Government. He was a former Chief Secretary, Acting Governor of Hong Kong and advisor to the Governor before he retired in 1987. From 1988 to 1993, he was the chairman of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. He also holds chairmanships and directorships of a significant number of listed and private companies in Hong Kong and is actively involved in community and charitable activities in Hong Kong and China. Sir Akers-Jones had been awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal by the Government of the HKSAR in 2002.
 
CHA Louis, Ph.D., Independent Non-Executive Director
Professor Louis Cha was the founder of the Ming Pao Daily News in Hong Kong and former chairman of the Board of Directors of Ming Pao Enterprise Corp. Ltd. He is an Honorary Professor of University of Hong Kong, Peking University, Zhejiang University and some other universities overseas. He was a member of the Drafting Committee of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and a member of the Preparatory Committee of the Government of the HKSAR. Professor Cha is well known for the 15 Chinese novels written under the pseudonym “Jin Yong” and he had been awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal by the Government of the HKSAR in 2000.
