Ms Chen Weili has solid experience in managing sizable company in China. She grew a small human resources servicing operation, China International Intellectech Corporation (CIIC), to a nation wide first-ranked backbone enterprise with fifteen times of growth in profitability. She co-founded and developed China's first venture capital firm, China Venturetech Investment Corporation, which had funded the rapid growth of numerous Chinese enterprises. She was also chairwoman of China Venturetechno Int'l Co Ltd (Hong Kong), division chief of State Science & Technology Commission (currently Ministry of Science & Technology), assistant researcher of China Academy of Science and a visiting scholar at Stanford University.

Ms Chen received numerous national awards in the field of Science and Technology in China and the companies under her supervision were recognized as Excellent Corporation by the authorities.

Mr Jeffrey Zeng is a Founding Managing Partner of Kaixin Investment, a joint venture VC fund founded by China Development Bank and CITIC. Prior to that, he was managing director of Walden International ("WI"), responsible for venture investments in China and other Asia countries. He also worked for CITIC Pacific Ltd. in Hong Kong, Mitsubishi Corporation in Tokyo, APTI (IBM Japan Group) and Fujisawa in Japan, and Stone Group in Beijing, China.
